Rachel has more than 25 years’ experience researching family history, holds a Diploma in Family History and has built a reputation for helping people uncover the stories, people and places that shaped their Irish heritage. Each personalised session offers guests the opportunity to explore their family story with Rachel’s expert guidance, drawing on an extensive range of historical records including census returns, church registers, civil records, land records, wills, immigration documents and other historical archives.
Depending on the information available, guests may discover where their ancestors lived, how they earned their living, when they emigrated and the historical events that shaped their lives. Following the consultation, guests receive a personalised research summary, providing them with the foundations for continuing their family history journey.
