The expanded role reflects both the growth of Riviera’s trade business and the increasing importance of loyalty as a key pillar of the brand’s future strategy. In her new position, Billing will align trade engagement, partnerships and loyalty under a single leadership structure to ensure a joined-up, consistent experience across all channels. Amanda Docherty will also see her role broaden from Head of Trade to Head of Trade and Ireland, with Carrie Day, Country Manager for Ireland, now reporting directly to Docherty.

Chief Executive Officer Matt Luscombe stated these changes support Riviera’s next phase of growth, deepen trade partnerships, and build greater consistency across two key markets. The company expanded Billing’s role to help manage its next big phase of business growth, with a dedicated rewards platform for travel agents also under development. Further details regarding the loyalty platform and trade rewards system will be unveiled in the coming months.
