Conrad Dublin has appointed Aisling Feiritéar as Director of Human Resources and Lee Cooper as HR and Training Manager, strengthening the five-star Forbes Travel Guide Four-Star hotel’s focus on colleague experience, talent development and workplace culture. Feiritéar brings more than ten years’ experience in luxury hospitality, education and retail, while Cooper has over five years in human resources and fourteen years in hospitality with a particular interest in people development. General Manager Lynn McLaughlin has confirmed that the appointments mark a new chapter focused on empowering talent and fostering continuous development.

Feiritéar will oversee the hotel’s long-term people strategy, talent development pathways and internal culture initiatives, transitioning into the role with a deep background in luxury guest and team management. Cooper returns to his luxury roots where he first launched his career at Gleneagles, directly managing day-to-day human resources and team training programmes. The appointments follow the property’s recognition as one of Ireland’s Best Workplaces in Hospitality by Great Place to Work, with both leaders focusing heavily on growing employee career paths and strengthening overall workplace culture.
