Redcastle Hotel in County Donegal has announced two upcoming Yoga Weekend Retreats, taking place from 27-29 November 2026 and 15-17 January 2027, with packages starting from €345 per person sharing. Set on the shores of Lough Foyle on the Inishowen Peninsula, the two-night retreats have been designed to offer a restorative break combining yoga and meditation with good food, coastal scenery and time outdoors. Places are intentionally limited to approximately 30 guests per retreat, creating a relaxed and intimate atmosphere for participants.
The weekend is led by Tara O’Rourke, founder of SaoBeo Therapies and Training, a qualified Wellness Therapist, Homeopath, Yoga and Meditation teacher who has studied in Ireland, England and Germany. Guests can take part in two Vinyasa Flow sessions and two restorative yoga practices, alongside a guided meditation and intention-setting ritual. The programme also includes a moderate beach walk and a coastal experience at Culdaff Beach, with 30 minutes in the Mobile Sauna by the Sea followed by the option of 30 minutes’ sea swimming, with the retreat suitable for all levels including complete beginners.
The two-night Yoga Retreat Package includes two nights’ accommodation with full breakfast each morning, dinner in the Edge Restaurant on both evenings, all yoga and meditation sessions, a moderate beach walk, 30 minutes in the Mobile Sauna by the Sea and 30 minutes’ sea swimming at Culdaff Beach. Complimentary access to the hotel’s leisure facilities is included, with a €50 per night supplement applying for single occupancy. Deluxe Standard Double or Twin Rooms start from €345 per person sharing, with Seaview Deluxe Rooms from €385 per person and One Bedroom Suites from €395 per person.
