Numa Group has taken over the operation of the 57-key Chelsea Green property in London under a hotel management agreement and has relaunched it under the Numa brand within five days of operational handover. Located at 35 Ixworth Place in Chelsea, the property has traded as Numa London Chelsea Green. The rapid five-day transition has demonstrated Numa’s ability to execute operator takeovers and bring properties onto its operating platform with minimal disruption.
Numa has targeted a maximum 14-day period between operational handover and go-live for takeover properties. At Chelsea Green, the transition has been completed in five days including the migration of distribution, pricing and inventory, guest operations, property systems, compliance and financial processes onto Numa’s operating platform. The period between handover and go-live has been a critical part of any operator transition for real estate owners.
Numa has combined hotel operations, brand, distribution, revenue management and proprietary technology within one integrated operating platform. The platform has enabled the group to transition existing hospitality assets through a standardised operating framework rather than treating every takeover as a bespoke integration project. Chelsea Green has further expanded Numa’s London portfolio and its wider European footprint. In England, the group has operated under both its flagship Numa brand and Native by Numa, its premium lifestyle hospitality brand.
Dimitri Chandogin shared “At Chelsea Green, we were fully operational under Numa within five days.”
