Fairmont Hotels & Resorts has introduced eight new bespoke experiences across its global portfolio, spanning four categories including After Dark, In the Spotlight, Around the Table and In the Wild. The luxury hospitality brand, part of Accor, has expanded its Special Happens programme to offer guests access to exclusive activations ranging from an after-hours journey through Istanbul’s Spice Bazaar to a private performance in Prague and the chance to perform live on stage in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Reservations have opened at fairmont.com.
The After Dark category includes a private night at Fairmont Tokyo’s hidden listening bar OFF RECORD, featuring four chapters inspired by musical genres including J-Pop, England Rock, Reggae and American Soul, each paired with a signature cocktail and storytelling from a Tokyo-based DJ. Symphony in a Cenote at Fairmont Mayakoba offers guests a live musical performance in an ancient cenote with crystal-clear waters and limestone formations on 30 October 2026. The In the Spotlight category features Karam: A Journey of Emirati Hospitality at Fairmont Bab Al Bahr in Abu Dhabi, and The Grand Performance Experience Stay at Fairmont El San Juan Hotel, where guests can perform on stage alongside a live band at Chico Cabaret.
The Around the Table category includes The Spice Route at Fairmont Quasar Istanbul, offering a private after-hours journey through the Spice Bazaar guided by a master merchant through five centuries of spice-trade heritage. The Holiday Bacchanal Dinner at Fairmont Copley Plaza transforms the hotel’s lobby into a setting for an intimate dinner inspired by Bacchus. The In the Wild category features Beyond the Slopes at Fairmont Tremblant, offering a private ski escape with First Tracks access 40 minutes before opening to the public, chauffeured Cadillac transportation and overnight accommodation in the Presidential Suite.
Claudia Kozma Kaplan, Chief Brand Officer at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, shared: “At Fairmont, heartfelt hospitality is at the core of everything we do, driven by a commitment to Make Special Happen at every stage of the guest journey. We are delighted to reveal our new Special Happens moments, which offer guests even greater opportunity to embrace the unexpected, uncover untold local stories, and forge lifelong memories through Fairmont’s distinctive celebratory lens.”
