The Telefónica building is a protected property in Seville’s historic centre. The conversion will preserve the building’s architectural heritage while introducing modern hotel amenities. The rooftop bar will offer views over the old town.

The Confidencia Sevilla will operate under Marriott’s Tribute Portfolio brand, which focuses on independent-spirited hotels with distinctive design. Marriott continues to expand its presence across Spain.
