Visit Florida has confirmed that Florida Huddle is taking place on 13 and 14 October 2026 at Together, 88 Wood Street, Barbican, London. The two-day, appointment-based event has connected VISIT FLORIDA and its partners with travel agents, product managers, tour operators, trade and consumer media, and content creators.
The media schedule has included a Trade Media Marketplace on 13 October and a Consumer Media and Content Creator Marketplace on 14 October. A Florida Huddle Quiz Night has been scheduled for 6pm on Wednesday 14 October at the same venue, hosted by quiz master Gavin Inskip. Registration for media has been closing soon, and appointments have been scheduled based on registrations.
The 2026 edition has brought together a broader range of partners, including DMOs, attractions and accommodation providers. The event has showcased Florida’s visitor offering and has built on the success of previous Florida Huddle events in England and Ireland.
