Azure’s newly revealed mezze-style menu draws influences from Europe, Africa and Asia. Designed for sharing, the restaurant celebrates connection and discovery through an array of small plates including Miso-Roasted Eggplant, Croquetas di Carne served with Piquillo Peppers, Gambas al Ajillo, Chilled and Spiced Watermelon-Feta Salad, Lobster Orzo Saganaki and Duck Leg Confit. The steakhouse restaurant Prime 7 will be enhanced with updates to classic recipes inspired by steakhouses including Daniel’s in Miami.

Reimagined dishes at Prime 7 include House-Smoked and Honey-Roasted Baby Back Ribs, Lobster Thermidor, Halibut Fish and Chips, Roasted Chicken Supreme, Hashbrown Tempura with Lime-Chili Salt, Truffle Mac and Cheese, Lemon Meringue Pie and The Ultimate Chocolate Dessert. Prime 7 recipes will debut on the Prestige before rolling out across the fleet at a later date. The Prestige provides a curated culinary journey across 11 dining experiences.
