- HX Expeditions launches 2028-29 season
- 57 voyages across 14 destinations

HX Expeditions has launched its 2028-29 season introducing 57 voyages across 14 destinations worldwide including 26 new itineraries, two destinations new to the company and five product innovations. In Antarctica and South Georgia, HX is introducing a new 19-day Antarctica and South Georgia voyage aboard the Roald Amundsen. The season will also see HX begin Antarctic departures from Stanley aboard the Fram, becoming the first major expedition company in more than a decade to use the Falkland Islands as a gateway to Antarctica.
In Alaska, HX is introducing two new eight-day Inside Passage expeditions between Vancouver and Sitka replacing previous 10 and 13-day itineraries and offering five full days in Southeast Alaska with just one sea day. A new 17-day Aleutian Islands voyage between Vancouver and Whittier further expands the programme. In Greenland, a new eight-day Discovering West Greenland itinerary will sail roundtrip from Nuuk. In Scandinavia, HX is launching its first dedicated regional programme aboard the Spitsbergen featuring the new 13-day Sweden and Finland: Autumn in the Gulf of Bothnia.
One of the season’s additions is the new 19-day Into the Northwest Passage voyage aboard the Roald Amundsen which includes a full circumnavigation of Baffin Island. With 23 departures featuring Svalbard in 2028, HX will operate its largest-ever programme in the archipelago. The season also introduces nine new Ocean Crossing voyages across the Atlantic and Pacific. HX continues its year-round Galapagos programme aboard the Santa Cruz II.
