Aviator wins long-term Lufthansa group full-handling contract in Norway

Aviator Airport Alliance, a full-range provider of aviation services and part of Avia Solutions Group, has signed a new long-term contract with Lufthansa Group. The company will provide the airline with full ground handling services including de-icing at three major airports in Norway including Bergen, Trondheim and Tromsø. Operations will start on a phased basis beginning at Bergen on 1 February 2027, followed by Trondheim on 28 March 2027 and Tromsø on 1 April 2027.

The agreement covers approximately 1,760 aircraft turnarounds a year across all airports. Aviator Airport Alliance provides full-range aviation services. The contract expands the company’s presence in Norway.

The phased rollout begins in February 2027 with Bergen before extending to Trondheim and Tromsø in the spring.
