Emirates has held a pilot recruitment roadshow event in Dublin running from 18 to 19 September 2026. The event featured three scheduled recruitment sessions targeting Direct Entry Captain, Accelerated Command and First Officer positions. The roadshow provided opportunities for experienced type-rated commercial pilots to meet the Emirates Pilot Recruitment team and learn about the assessment process, compensation and life and career progression in Dubai.
The Dublin sessions formed part of Emirates’ global pilot recruitment drive. The airline continues to expand its fleet and network requiring additional flight crew. Emirates offers career opportunities for pilots across its global network.
