Ryanair Holdings expects to take delivery of its first batch of B737-10s fifteen of them in spring 2027 according to CEO Michael O’Leary with certification of the variant scheduled in the coming weeks.

The Irish holding placed an order for 150 B737-10s in May 2023 with options for an additional 150. ch-aviation fleets data indicates that Ryanair currently operates a group-wide total of 410 B737-800s and 210 B737-8-200s across four air operator’s certificates including Ryanair Malta Air Buzz in Poland and Ryanair UK.

Buzz additionally operates a single B737-700 while subsidiary Lauda Europe maintains an all-Airbus fleet comprising twenty-six A320-200s. The new B737-10 aircraft will bring greater efficiency and flexibility to Ryanair’s operations supporting the extensive network it serves from its bases across Europe. The delivery of the first B737-10s marks a significant milestone for Ryanair as it continues to expand its fleet and network.
