- Stayntouch completes PMS migration for Imperial London Hotels
- Rollout finalised with 1,379-room Royal National Hotel
- Seven properties transitioned on schedule
- System handles 3,144 rooms simultaneously
- Zero operational disruptions during migration
Stayntouch has completed a full cloud property management system migration across the Imperial London Hotels portfolio. The rollout finalised with the successful cutover of the 1,379-room Royal National Hotel, which is the largest hotel in Western Europe and the largest property to join the Stayntouch platform in the EMEA region to date. The phased rollout concluded with zero operational disruptions across the hospitality group’s properties.
A total of seven distinct properties transitioned on schedule, including the Morton, Bedford, Tavistock, President, City Sleeper, Royal National and The Imperial. The system now handles 3,144 rooms simultaneously across boutique, mid-size and massive high-volume locations. The migration introduced streamlined features like Digital Registration Cards to let guests complete pre-arrival forms electronically and Stayntouch Kiosks for autonomous check-in and check-out functionality.
Backend integrations were built in close coordination with Imperial’s team, and the project quickly deployed advanced features for Single Sign-On, invoicing, purchase order workflows and enhanced financial reporting. The modernisation effort allows the historic, family-run Imperial London Hotels estate to scale down front desk wait times and optimise its operational efficiency.
