VIVA Cruises has launched its first travel agent selling guide. The guide has highlighted key brand USPs including the freedom, flexibility and choice ethos along with fleet information on nine ships. The resource has included details of VIVA’s all-inclusive onboard offering and a dedicated section for the VIVA Boutique programme.
The VIVA Boutique section has outlined itineraries on new ships VIVA BEYOND and VIVA UNIQUE along with additional onboard benefits. A demographics section has contained customer profiles and preferences to help agents when discussing options with clients. Agents have found further information about destinations, dining and onboard activities along with sales support advice and contact details for the trade team.
The selling guide has been available via the VIVA Cruises online training portal and in print. VIVA Cruises’ all-inclusive experience has included all meals, flexible dining across up to three restaurants and a selection of premium drinks. Guests have enjoyed complimentary High Tea once per voyage and a daily replenished minibar.
Michelle Daniels, director of sales at VIVA Cruises, shared “Our new travel agent selling guide is very much the result of feedback from our trade partners. It gives them all the tools and information they need to confidently sell VIVA Cruises, bringing everything together in one easy-to-use resource.”
