The Brehon Hotel and Spa in Killarney has raised €2,850 for the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation. The funds have been generated through the hotel’s PAR 72 closest-to-the-pin golf challenge. The event was organised as part of the nationwide Today FM Power Hour fundraising campaign.
Participants and guests raised €1,425 on the morning of the event. The hotel’s directors Eamon and John O’Donoghue doubled the amount bringing the final total to €2,850. The donation has funded approximately 143 hours of in-home nursing care and respite support for local families caring for children with highly complex medical needs.
The Brehon Hotel and Spa has operated the PAR 72 TrackMan facility. The hotel has supported the Jack and Jill Children’s Foundation through the fundraising initiative.
