InterContinental Dublin has revealed its festive programme for the Christmas season with Christmas residential stays and festive dining experiences. The hotel’s Christmas Residential Two-Night Stays are available to book, with guests able to arrive on 24 December and depart on 26 December, or select arrival on 25 December for a two-day and night break. Additional nights can be added, and upgrades to a suite are available.
The hotel’s festive décor includes the famous homemade Gingerbread House, created annually by Executive Pastry Chef Orna Larkin and her team. This year the gingerbread house is being built to help raise funds for Make a Wish Foundation. Guests arriving on Christmas Eve enjoy a festive welcome of mince pies and mulled wine, while children find special festive treats in guestrooms. Christmas Day starts with breakfast and continues with a four-course festive feast at Simmons Restaurant.
Simmons Restaurant is the hotel’s new signature restaurant led by Head Chef Abhimanyu Behl. A three-course table d’hote menu is available over the festive period from 23 November to 30 December, excluding 24, 25 and 31 December, priced at €80 per person. Festive Afternoon Tea is served from 23 November to 3 January 2027, priced at €70 per person, or €92 with a glass of Perrier-Jouët Champagne. Rates for Christmas residential packages start from €875 per person based on two adults sharing.
