Santiago de Chile will host The World’s 50 Best Vineyards 2026 awards on 18 November 2026. The ceremony will take place at Viña Don Melchor. The event marks the first time the wine tourism awards are held in Chile.
The awards form part of a multi-day programme from 16 to 20 November 2026. Viña Don Melchor was selected as Official Venue Partner. The event will be hosted at facilities within the newly opened Viña Concha y Toro Wine Centre in Pirque. The partnership includes the 50 Best organisation, the Government of Santiago, and Grupo Liderazgo.
The gala expects more than 1,000 international wine and travel experts. Vineyard owners, sommeliers, and journalists will attend. The annual list is compiled from evaluations by more than 700 global wine and travel experts. The event highlights Chile’s wine tourism industry near the capital.
