Cruise Lines International Association has revealed that Century Cruises’ new river ship Century Star will be available to tour at the RiverView 2027 conference. The ship will feature as part of the new Lite programme in Vienna on 6 March when agents will be welcomed onboard for informal visits. Century Star will also join the main RiverView ship tour programme on 8 March.
Century Star was launched last month accommodating 174 guests. The ship is the first Asian-owned luxury river cruise newbuild purpose-designed for European waterways constructed using 60pc recycled steel with hybrid-electric propulsion technology. RiverView 2027 takes place from 5 to 8 March with the main conference including a two-night sailing from Budapest to Vienna via Bratislava.
