Leading Hotels of the World has launched a mobile app for its guests and Leaders Club members.
The LHW app allows guests to discover and book from 400 properties in 80 destinations, including renowned hotels like The Ritz and The Landmark.
Guests can use the app to manage reservations across multiple hotels, request room upgrades, and access property-specific information like dining options, amenities, and local maps.
For a more personalized stay, guests can submit pre-arrival requests at select properties. Leaders Club members also have access to exclusive rates, perks, and can check their points balance.
According to Phil Koserowski, the senior VP and chief marketing officer of The Leading Hotels of the World, this app aims to enhance the guest experience, improve staff efficiency, and drive on-property revenue.
