Princess Cruises is collaborating with renowned butcher Dario Cecchini, to open a new impromptu bistro on the Sun Princess in February 2024.
The Butcher’s Block by Dario, located on deck 9, will offer a variety of beef and steak options, including Cecchini’s signature cuts and a large shared table for guests.
The Crown Grill, Princess Cruises’ signature steakhouse, will feature an upscale menu designed by Cecchini, serving the famous “Bistecca Alla Fiorentina” sourced from his butcher shop in Panzano.
Dario Cecchini, with 48 years of experience is known for his Tuscan butcher shop and restaurants in Panzano and his appearances on Netflix’s Chef’s Table. He said: “Princess’ culinary offerings embody a rich Italian heritage, uniting a shared passion for family recipes, vibrant social dining, and a love of celebrating each day of life.”
The collaboration aims to offer guests a diverse and rich culinary experience celebrating Italian heritage and vibrant social dining.
