Accor has announced the debut of its Novotel brand in Valencia, Spain, with the renovation of the former Expo Hotel in the Turia Garden district.

The renovated property is expected to open in the second half of 2024 and will feature 370 rooms, a coffee shop and restaurant, rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and bar, fitness center, and a large meeting and coworking area. This will be the first Novotel hotel in Spain to showcase the Sundukovy Sisters design concept.

The Novotel Valencia will be the 13th property under the brand in the Iberia region, joining other cities such as Barcelona, Lisbon, Madrid, and Porto. The hotel will be managed by Hesperia Group through a franchise agreement with Pictet Alternative Advisors, a Swiss investment firm.
