Budapest Airport is expanding its hotel offerings with a second Accor hotel connected to its terminal building.
The new hotel, called TRIBE, will have 167 rooms and is expected to open in 2025. It will come with various amenities such as a sky bar, terrace, fitness centre, a 150-capacity conference room, and two additional meeting spaces.
This development follows Accor’s acquisition of Australian hotel group Mantra in 2018, which included the TRIBE brand. Accor plans to establish TRIBE as a four-star midscale option. The Budapest airport location will join the recently opened TRIBE Budapest Stadium and the ibis development at Liberty Tower’s South wing.
