Carnival Corporation has decided to reroute itineraries for 12 ships across seven brands, which were originally scheduled to transit the Red Sea until May 2024.

The rerouting will have an adjusted earnings per share impact of s0.07 to 0.08 for the full year 2024, with the majority of the impact expected in the second quarter.

Despite the Red Sea situation, Carnival has not observed any impact on booking trends.

There are no other transits through the Red Sea scheduled until November 2024 for Carnival.
