AerCap has initiated new legal proceedings in London against multiple insurance and reinsurance companies, including Liberty Mutual, Swiss Re, Russian National Reinsurance Company, and Lloyds syndicates.
The litigation is in connection with the seizure of 116 aircraft and 23 engines in Russia following the invasion of Ukraine.
The aircraft leasing company is headed up by Gus Kelly based on Saint Stephen’s Green.
