Wicklow County Council has received over 1,000 submissions regarding the N11/M11 Bus Priority Interim Scheme and is currently working on a Post-Consultation Report for the scheme.
Local residents have expressed concerns about various aspects of the scheme, including the proposed closure of the Herbert Road junction and the potential impact on traffic in Bray and Enniskerry.
A petition receiving 1,853 signatories and an additional 1,152 submissions expressing opposition to the closure of the Herbert Road Junction and the installation of a traffic lights system at Hill Garage.
