The popular hotel cited their focus on family-friendly atmosphere as a reason for not accepting guests promoting parties and massive drink promotions
A Facebook page advised travellers to confirm the new policy with their agents, noting that some travel agents were not aware of the change
The hotel has offered refunds to guests affected by the new age requirements and updated their website to reflect the change, requiring at least one person aged 21 or over per apartment for check-in.
