New hotels opening in July:
- Adagio Original Paris Boulogne: A 101-apartment property in Paris’s eco-district with communal areas, fitness centre, laundry room, and EV charging points.
- Maldron Hotel Brighton: A 226-room hotel near Brighton’s seafront with restaurant, bar, fitness center, meeting rooms, and executive room options.
- Kimpton BEM Budapest: A 127-room hotel in a 19th-century mansion in Budapest featuring three dining venues, a signature restaurant, and a rooftop bar.
- InterContinental Crete: Coastal hotel within walking distance of Agios Nikolaos, offering 199 rooms, two infinity pools, a spa, and three Mediterranean-inspired restaurants, ZEUS, KNOSSOS, and MINOAN.
- Rosewood Schloss Fuschl: A historic 15th-century property, now a Rosewood hotel with 98 rooms, a large spa, indoor and outdoor pools, and multiple dining options.
- Zleep Hotel Lausanne-Chavannes: Located within a mixed-use project, this 120-room hotel features a lobby lounge, breakfast area, and “Barception” concept combining a bar and reception desk.
- Raffles Jaipur: Second Raffles hotel in India offering 50 rooms and suites with balconies, a large spa, rooftop pool, and specialty North Indian restaurant Arkaa.
- Hilton Kathmandu: Situated in the Kathmandu Valley with 172 rooms, an ASA restaurant, rooftop swimming pool, and bar.
- Radisson RED Hotel & Radisson RED Apartments Krakow: Located near the University of Economics in Krakow, this 229-room hotel features an all-day dining restaurant, Filini, and 46 extended-stay apartments in a separate building.
- Mercure Larnaca City: A boutique hotel with 42 rooms housed in a former cinema and concert hall, featuring rooftop pool, bar, fitness center, Smoothie Factory, and Kitchen.
- Locke de Santa Joana Lisbon: The group’s largest property housed in a former 17th-century convent in Lisbon, featuring 370 rooms, outdoor pool, and various dining options including an all-day dining restaurant Santa Marta.
- Moxy Paris Clamart: Housed in a building in Clamart, this hotel offers 91 rooms and a Moxy Bar in the lobby.
- Travelodge Rotherham Central: Rotherham’s first branded hotel with 69 rooms and a Bar Cafe concept, forming part of the Forge Island regeneration project.
- Inter Continental Seattle Bellevue at the Avenue: A luxurious 208-room hotel in the Avenue Bellevue complex, offering views of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle, with a cocktail bar, bistro, spa facilities, and events space.
- King Jason Zante: An all-inclusive hotel in Zakynthos with 87 rooms, a Purai Spa, Haroub restaurant serving Eastern Mediterranean cuisine, and Peruvian fusion restaurant Pisco.
