Viking’s latest ship will carry the name Viking Mira, a luxury vessel accommodating 998 guests set to enter service in 2026, following the Viking Vela and Viking Vesta.

Inaugural Itinerary: The ship will commence its maiden season on June 5, 2026, with a seven-night cruise in the Western Mediterranean, featuring ports such as Livorno, Monte Carlo, Marseille, and Sete.

After its initial cruise, the Viking Mira will offer a 14-night journey from Barcelona to Reykjavik, covering destinations in Spain, Portugal, Ireland, and England, as well as a variety of itineraries in Iceland and Scandinavia.

Built at the Fincantieri shipyard in Italy, the all-veranda ship features a wellness centre, specialty restaurants, a main dining room, and a theater, designed for access to both small and large ports.
