AE Expeditions has launched a new training programme called “Your Training, Your Choice,” allowing travel agents to receive bespoke training during activities they select, promoting a more engaging learning experience.
Agents are encouraged to form groups of 5 to 12 people and can choose from various activities for their training, including vineyard visits, dining at restaurants, or fun outings like countryside walks, golf, or bowling.
The training will cover AE Expeditions’ unique offerings in polar regions and highlights from the upcoming season, emphasizing the company’s tailored approach to its voyages.
The program runs from October 1 to December 10, 2024, with a cost of up to £30 per person for the selected activity, reinforcing the idea that training should be personalised and enjoyable.
