Dalata Hotel Group has opened its fifth London hotel, the 4-star Maldron Hotel Shoreditch, located in a vibrant area known for culture and art, generating 45 new jobs in the region.
The hotel features 157 guest rooms, a Grain & Grill bar and restaurant, a Red Bean Roastery coffee dock, and offers amenities such as self-check-in pods, a spacious dining area, and a fitness suite.
Maldron Hotel Shoreditch has achieved a BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification, placing it in the top 10pc of new non-domestic buildings in England for environmental performance.
The opening aligns with Dalata’s strategic growth ambitions in London, currently operating 5 hotels in the city and targeting to expand its English and Scottish portfolio to 9,500 guestrooms in the future.
