Castlemartyr Resort has appointed Paul Mitchell as the new Hotel and Residences Manager, bringing over 30 years of hospitality experience.
Paul’s career includes significant roles with the Stakis Hotel Group, the Hilton Hotel Group, and luxury venues like the Cliff House Hotel, where he managed operations for a Michelin-star restaurant.
He previously served as Group Commercial Food and Beverage Manager for iNUA Collection, where he developed and launched four new food and beverage concepts in just twelve months.
In his new role, Paul aims to enhance guest and resident experiences through personalized service and operational excellence.
