Alfie Nelson, an 11-year-old from Skyrne, wowed everyone with his creative Hallowe’en costume as a passport, ensuring he never forgets it again.
The costume, designed by his father Gary, mimics Alfie’s real Irish passport and features an interactive element that allows it to open from the inside.
Gary, who has a passion for Hallowe’en, collaborated with Alfie on costumes over the years, including previous outfits like a paint swash and a bag of McDonald’s chips.
The passport costume took around five hours to create and received a positive reaction at school, prompting Gary to think about even more impressive costumes for next year.
