Lough Rynn Castle Estate and Gardens in Co Leitrim is set for a €22m investment that will create 140 new jobs and enhance the existing 4-star luxury offering.
The Hanly Castle Hotel Group has received planning permission to expand the estate by adding 51 luxurious bedrooms, bringing the total to 95, aimed at attracting guests seeking unique experiences.
The development will also feature a world-class wellness centre, exclusive spa, indoor and outdoor pools, a new reception area, an additional fine dining restaurant, and an oak-panelled library.
The group plans to restore historical outbuildings on the property, emphasizing collaboration with Leitrim County Council and the importance of community support in enhancing guest experiences at the castle hotel.
