Booking.com is seeking a retrial in a case it lost against Ryanair, with arguments scheduled for this Friday in a Delaware court.
Ryanair is pushing for a permanent injunction to prevent Booking.com from selling its airline tickets on the online travel group’s website.
The case revolves around Booking.com’s alleged unlawful screen scraping of Ryanair’s website, which Ryanair claims caused economic harm.
