Celebrity Cruises has begun its inaugural homeporting season at Port Canaveral with the Celebrity Equinox, marking the vessel as the 15th homeported ship at the cruise terminal.
The Celebrity Equinox will offer a series of seven-night cruises to the Eastern and Western Caribbean, with itineraries including St. Maarten, Puerto Rico, Belize City, Key West, and more.
The ship will also visit Royal Caribbean’s private island, Perfect Day at CocoCay, starting in March 2025.
Celebrity Cruises plans to replace the Equinox with the larger Celebrity Apex for the 2025-26 season, while Princess Cruises will start its first deployment in Central Florida with the Caribbean Princess.
