Lindblad Expeditions Holding has appointed Natalya Leahy as CEO, effective January 1, 2025, and Rick Goldberg as CFO, effective December 31, 2024, signaling a new leadership era as the company enters its 46th year.
Leahy brings extensive experience from her role as president of Seabourn and leadership positions at Holland America Group, while Goldberg has served as CFO at various organizations, including Founders Table Restaurant Group.
The appointments aim to strengthen Lindblad’s position in the experiential travel sector, with an emphasis on creating value for stakeholders and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Sven-Olof Lindblad, the company’s founder, will transition to Founder and Co-Chair of the Board, ensuring continued guidance and support during this leadership change.
