The Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection officially named its new yacht, the Ilma, on December 11, 2024, at Port Everglades, celebrating with maritime traditions and a ceremonial blessing.
The ceremony featured key executives including CEO Jim Murren, Captain Magnus Bengtsson, and a group of female leaders honored as the yacht’s godmothers.
The Ilma, which debuted in September 2024, will sail in the Caribbean for the winter season and explore Northern Europe during summer 2025, marking expansion for the yacht collection.
