Celebrity Cruises has had two of its onboard restaurants recognised in Forbes Travel Guide’s inaugural ratings for service excellence and culinary distinction.
The Fine Cut Steakhouse on both the Celebrity Ascent and Celebrity Apex were honoured, making Celebrity the only cruise line with two awarded restaurants.
Forbes Travel Guide also acknowledged four Celebrity vessels, including the Celebrity Ascent and Celebrity Millennium, each receiving a Four Star rating, while the Celebrity Apex and Celebrity Flora received a Recommended status.
The ratings are determined through incognito inspections based on objective standards, ensuring the credibility of recognition within the travel and dining industries.
Celebrity Cruises has always valued its fine dining experience and ten years ago considered opening a pop up restaurant in Dublin with the goal of achieving a Michelin Star rating which could then be relocated onboard.
