Holland America Line is introducing a dedicated Morimoto By Sea sushi bar on five of its ships, expanding the offerings previously available through pop-ups and the establishment on the Nieuw Amsterdam.
The new sushi bar will seat 12 guests, with additional seating available on the Rotterdam, Koningsdam, Nieuw Statendam, and a special counter on the Eurodam.
Guests can start enjoying the new sushi offerings from March 2025, with pre-cruise reservations available for existing bookings.
The menu crafted by Chef Masaharu Morimoto will feature a range of sushi, sashimi, specialty rolls, and signature plates, showcasing fresh fish and unique flavours.
Acclaimed menu items include Toro Tartare, Chef’s Combination sushi, Lobster Tempura rolls, Tuna Pizza, and a dessert of White Chocolate Lime Ganache, promising a gourmet dining experience at sea.
