Belfast’s Grand Central opens new £150k bar ‘the Cavern’

The Grand Central Hotel in Belfast has introduced ‘The Cavern,’ a high-end private dining venue.

The Cavern, developed at a cost of £150,000, offers just 12 seats and features an atmospheric design suitable for intimate celebrations and business dinners.

Guests at The Cavern can collaborate with Chef Damian Tumilty to create a personalised seven-course tasting menu featuring premium ingredients from across Ireland.

General Manager Jake McHugh shared, “We are delighted to unveil The Cavern – a secluded and exquisitely designed private dining venue that is set to redefine the art of intimate hospitality.”
