The Gresham Hotel in Dublin saw its pre-tax profit jump 46pc to €6.7m last year. Revenue rose to €27.6m from €23m the previous year.
Riu Hotels and Resorts paid a €5.5m dividend in 2024, increasing from €3.9m in 2023.
The company shared. “The net book value of the land and buildings owned by the hotel firm last year was €54.5m. The hotel, which employs about 280 people, generated €23m of its revenue last year from room sales.”
