
Euro-Toques Ireland launches the inaugural Rising Pastry Chef of the Year Competition 2025, designed to celebrate emerging pastry talent.
The competition is themed “Classics Reimagined Using Irish Ingredients” and invites chefs to creatively reinterpret classic desserts.
Four stages of evaluation will take place, starting with a social media call-out in July and concluding with a cook-off in Dublin on 29 September 2025.
A diverse judging panel of renowned pastry chefs will oversee the evaluation process and ensure a fair competition.
Participants will gain mentorship and exposure within the culinary community, contributing to the growing food culture in Ireland.
