
The 2025 National Downhill Mountain Bike Championships will take place on 26th and 27th July at the Ballyhoura Mountain Bike Trails. This event marks the first time the Championships are hosted outside of Leinster, representing a win for Limerick and the Ballyhoura region.
Up to 200 elite riders, including top-ranked athletes returning from the UCI World Cup circuit, are expected to participate. Activities for families and outdoor enthusiasts will be available at the Ballyhoura Coillte Trailhead, including food vendors and designated view points.
Entries for various categories will open on 10th and 11th July 2025, presenting an opportunity for local talent and competition growth.
