The MSC Lirica will take over the itineraries originally planned for the MSC Sinfonia during the 2025-26 winter season. Due to fleet redeployment, MSC Lirica will sail in the Eastern Mediterranean from November 2025 to March 2026, visiting destinations including Istanbul, Izmir, Piraeus, Bari, and Corfu.
Passengers have been informed that they can either accept the change or transfer their booking to another cruise available on MSC’s website, with fare adjustments applied as necessary.
Affected guests also have the option to cancel their cruise free of charge and receive a full refund.
MSC communicated that they value their customers and do not wish these changes to impact their vacation experience.
MSC shared, “Due to operational reasons affecting the deployment of some of our cruise ships, we have moved your cruise from the MSC Sinfonia to the MSC Lirica. Onboard the MSC Lirica, you will experience a blend of timeless elegance and modern comfort at sea. We sincerely apologize for any disappointment that this might cause. As our valued customer, we do not want this to get in the way of your vacation with us.”
