Celebrity Cruises has revealed a first look at the new Celebrity Xcel, currently under construction in Nantes, France.
The ship will accommodate 3,244 passengers and will feature seven unique concept spaces not found on other Edge-class vessels. The Bazaar will provide guests with regional food and drink samples as well as daily carnival-like celebrations.
The interactive lounge is designed for natural interactions with guests, musicians, and performers, enhancing the overall experience.
The Xcel is scheduled to start sea trials in mid-October, with a projected delivery date of October 23.
Laura Hodges Bethge shared, “It doesn’t feel like it’s something happening to you but something happening with you.”
