Jane de Roquancourt has applied for planning permission to convert disused farm buildings at popular wedding venue Kilshane House into seven new apartments.
In addition to the apartments, she is also seeking permission to build a new barn on the property.
Ms de Roquancourt has requested retention approval for four apartments previously created on the hotel grounds.
Tipperary County Council is due to decide on the application by October 19.
