The Johnstown Estate in Enfield, Co Meath, offers a two-night Halloween family staycation for €695 accommodating two adults and two children under 12.
The package provides two nights bed and breakfast in a family room or two-bedroom self-catering lodge, plus a two-course dinner on one evening in The Coach House Brasserie.
Children aged five to twelve gain entry to the Halloween Kids’ Club on one day for storytelling, crafts and baking, set amid 120 acres of parkland with a transformed fairy trail treasure hunt.
Full access to the leisure centre includes a 20-metre swimming pool and kids’ pool, with Co Meath recognised as the origin of the Celtic Samhain festival.
The estate serves as a base for exploring Brú na Bóinne, Trim Castle, Emerald Park, Dublin Zoo, The Chocolate Warehouse, The National Aquatic Centre and Kildare Village.
