Hilton has revealed plans to add over 500 rooms in Manchester with a 358-room Hampton by Hilton and a 154-room Motto by Hilton.
The Hampton by Hilton Manchester City Centre, opening in 2026 near Deansgate-Castlefield, will be Europe’s largest Hampton property. Motto by Hilton Manchester Piccadilly, set for 2027, features a restaurant, bar, and fitness space near the main rail station.
The projects follow the debranding of Hilton Manchester Deansgate, now managed by IHG as The Manchester Deansgate Hotel.
Dean Street Developments partners with Hilton to deliver these properties, responding to demand for accommodation in Manchester.
