Planning permission has been granted to transform Waterford 97-98 Custom House Quay into a hotel and restaurant.
The project converts a protected structure from commercial use to hospitality purposes. The development includes a terrace and canopy at the rear of the building.
Plans were submitted to Waterford City and County Council in December 2024. The redevelopment aims to enhance Waterford’s tourism and hospitality offerings.
